ラジオ焼き


ラジオ焼き（ラヂヲ焼き）は、たこ焼きの原型の料理。大正時代、小麦粉にこんにゃくなどを入れて屋台で焼かれたちょぼ焼きが源流といわれている。その後、スジ肉などをいれるようになって、ラジオ焼きといわれるようになった。当時まだ高価でハイカラの象徴だったラジオにあやかって名付けたとも言われている。昭和8年に、ラジオ焼きに会津屋が牛肉やこんにゃくを入れて販売。昭和10年明石焼きがタコを入れていたことから影響を受けてタコを入れるようになったといわれる。名称もたこ焼きと呼ばれるようになった。現在では、東京の三軒茶屋にある「ラヂオ焼　粉もん屋」で食べることができる。
